REST IN PEACE JEFF “ROCKY” HANNA FROM THE MAROUBRA RLFC
A message from the Juniors –
It is with great sadness that the Directors and Management of The Juniors Group of Clubs announce the passing of our much-loved colleague and friend, Rocky.
Rocky was part of The Juniors family for 20 years, serving as a valued member of our Maintenance Team and previously the Club’s coach driver.
Over the years, Rocky became a familiar and much-loved face around the Club, building many friendships with fellow staff and members alike. His dedication, loyalty and contribution to The Juniors over two decades will always be remembered and appreciated.
Rocky was more than just a colleague; he was part of our Juniors family, and his passing is a great loss to us all.
On behalf of the Directors, Management and entire Juniors team, we extend our deepest condolences to Rocky’s family, friends and loved ones during this difficult time.
Rest in peace, Rocky.
OVER THE YEARS MANY YOUNG LIONS PLAYERS AND OFFICIALS WHO WERE FORTUNATE ENOUGH TO REPRESENT THE SOUTH SYDNEY JUNIOR BUNNIES CAME INTO CONTACT WITH JEFF MORE COMMONLY KNOWN AS “ROCKY”.
WHETHER IT BE THE JUNIOR BUNNIES NORTH COAST TOUR OR OTHER REP MATCHES, ROCKY WAS THE FRIENDLY DRIVER BEHIND THE WHEEL OF THE SSJ COACH.
HE ALWAYS GOT US THERE AND BACK SAFELY.
THANK YOU ROCKY FROM THE LIONS AND MAY YOU REST IN PEACE.
