MAROUBRA RUGBY LEAGUE FOOTBALL CLUB – NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the members of the Maroubra Rugby League Football Club Inc. will be held at the Southend Hotel, 32 Curtin Crescent, Maroubra on Tuesday 20 October, 2026 at 6.00pm.

The business to be conducted at the AGM:

1.      The confirmation of the minutes of the AGM held on 18th November, 2025.
2.      Correspondence.
3.      The President’s Report.
4.      The Secretary’s Report.
5.      To receive and consider the Annual Summary of Financial Affairs (Form A12) for the last financial year.
6.      General business.
7.      Election of Returning Officer.
8.      Election of Office Bearers.
